If you could buff/nerf a character regardless of meta...

Who would it be? And I don't mean anything like I hate this character, nerf them into the ground!!! Takes because I want a semi-serious answer lol

I would buff namor's squids because I want that for me. I want those squids to kill more than they already do because I love using them and I hate cooldowns

I would nerf peni's spider dome thingy because I usually play strategist and it is so hard to heal people AND kill that thing AND I am blind to mines somehow and die to it a lot and so I simply want it gone. Idk maybe it will make 1 mine forever now.
