Quicksilver Fan character

Hello I wanted to do my version of quick silver for this game as he is my favorite character sorry no art I’m really bad that other guy who did the cyclops is great though. Strategist Hp:250 Main attack quick punch combo that has minor lock on like iron fist and a longish range Secondary dodge block 250 health of a “shield where he dodges attacks instead of out right blocking them 3rd ability whiplash he can grab a teammate and heals them and take them out of a fight or grab and enemy and do a flurry of punches 4th ability a really fast run where after 15 seconds you start to lose hp slowly so you can’t stay like it forever also you can’t attack Passive gotta go fast as long as he’s moving and taking no damage he heals up does not count for his 4th ability this would be similar to invisible woman And that’s my fan idea for quicksilver I think he would be incredibly fun and I can’t currently think of an ult will update when I do.
