Storm desperately needs changes.

She is by far the worst hero on the roster. She doesn't provide any good support and he damage output is puny. She's as big, if not outright BIGGER than Peni/Spdr. Why? Why is she massive? Why doesn't she have any cool abilities? Moon Knight somehow became the aoe guy when Storms literally right there in a role she's always had in most games.

She should be reworked into full non heal support or given some damage boosting. Maybe a hit box reduction. Something. Please. She's one of my favorite heroes and she's very obviously in the low end of the power AND fun.
