Why do I even facking bother with ranked🤦‍♂️

A lot of people (me included) are having this same issue/problem of somehow having a restarted team like 95% of the time, and somehow the enemy team seems to almost always have perfect teamwork and coordination skills with each other and absolutely dunk on us with no effort whatsoever. Starting to feel like it's genuinely rigged, cuz this has been happening to me basically every single damn ranked match. I just wanted that damn gold Moon Knight skin🥲😥😢 is that really too much to ask for??
