Is there actually performance issues or is everyone exaggerating?

Went to steam to look at the recent reviews, and right now it has a 77% positive review? So I looked at some of the negative reviews and most were the basic “over watch 2 but bad lol”, but some talked about performance issues, I have played both beta and alpha tests, and the performance in this version is way better than the tests, is performance still bad for other people? Saw one review specifically about a guy running on really old hardware, like 1050 or some shit, so are you facing issues with good hardware or are you expecting too much from old hardware?
