Death loop / animations were the weakest piece for me
Hyped for Rivals, but the death sequence (a combination of camera not showing our character, weak animations etc) was easily the standout weakest part for me. Immersion killing when we’re playing as heroes and supervillains, and we just fall over and the camera is even disinterested enough to not track it.
Deaths need way more impact and immersion - they can feel epic for both sides.
