Opinions on Role Queue

I am very curious as to everyone’s opinion on Role Queue. Me personally, I’m kinda in the middle on it. Matches become easier with everyone playing the selected roles and not 5 people being dps but on the other hand if your support is bad then it’s good when one of the dps switches to help. I’d settle for Competitive having Role Queue.
