Question regarding POS Msia's Flexipack Tracked vs Registered

Hi all, I'm looking to send parcels internationally via Pos Malaysia's flexipack. For those of you who have experience using flexipack, what is the difference between their registered and tracked features?

Also, for their tracked feature, are we able to track it until KLIA only or until it reaches its destination? I'm unable to find more information on Pos Msia's website so far. Thanks in advance!
