What can I do to improve my Makeup?

Hey, does my make up look alright or can it be improved in any way? Picture one is my everyday/ work make up, picture 2 is going out put and 3 is bare face. I am quite oily and only tend to wear make up if I’m actually going out. I am happy with my overall look, but would like to know if I can improve anything. Thanks
