I need help identifying this old tape

So I was at one of his shows and I had the chance to meet him and I tried getting a autograph but I had nothing to get a autograph on so he just nonchalantly pulls this tape out of his back pocket and hands it to me and I never got a chance to asked him about it and when I was listening to it I heard like some normal songs to him and some new ones I’ve never heard of and I can’t find them anywhere online and there’s also a few times where he just talks about random stuff and the writing on the tape is like from a really old radio show from like the 40s and ever so once in awhile you hear it cut in for a minute or two then switches to a new song so if anyone has some ideas it whould be gratefuly appreciated
