Does anyone know how to fix this?

I replaced the lcd myself, not the whole assembly so i could retain true tone and a good camera. Has anyone else also had this issue when replacing the lcd only?

Of course, I was super careful doing everything, did I get sent a faulty lcd (i ordered from aliexpress but it had good reviews lol), or is this some connector issue?

Also, the side thats darker than the rest also flickers very slightly.
