MacBook Pro 2020 extremely slow

I feel ripped off and cheated. In 2020 I bought a MacBook Pro, with maxed out additional features like 32gb RAM and everything else that was possible to add.

However it’s constantly making noises like an airplane, I can’t do simple video editing as everything is extremely choppy. I cleaned up my Mac and have about 100gb of free space.

Is it just the time to buy a new Mac? I just don’t get how a 3k computer can turn to shit so fast.
