Leggings fit

I have bought align pants size 6 and size 8 and both tend to roll down when I am just moving through my day. Am I wearing the wrong sizes? Or is it just their fit? I’m new to the brand so I’m not sure what a good fit is or which style will roll the least. I am around 145lbs and 5’7” if anyone with a similar build has suggestions. Thanks!
