Stream disasters comparable to LTG getting hacked?

Have you guys seen disasters similar to what happened to LTG on his birthday with other creators? I wasn't there for it, but it's actually insane that the dude got hacked and banned due to trolls on his 40th birthday. It sounds like something you'd only imagine happening, and I almost cried laughing seeing the summary video of it. LTG being helpless, the mods witnessing the calm before the storm (music change, grand canyon fade in) and not being able to do anything, where else can you witness something like that?
