Help with starting my diet
After stalking this subreddit I’ve finally made the decision to try and lose weight. I already know how many calories I am going to eat so I just wanted to get as much advice as I can.
I would like to know if there are any apps that can make this journey easier. (I.e. calorie trackers, fasting apps, step trackers, etc.) Another thing that I want to get into is motivational podcasts or YouTubers that help with making the diet mindset easier.
Also if anyone has any tips or tricks to avoid overeating or just staying on track they would be greatly appreciated!
