Having trouble eating above 800 calories.
21F - 5'4" - 190 lbs
I have cut out all snacking for the New Year (apart from fruit). I am also now only drinking water. This is the weight loss method that worked for me in previous years.
My meal plan is this:
Blueberries, strawberries and raspberries with Greek yoghurt and honey
Pasta in pasta sauce with grated cheese
Breaded haddock, sweet potato fries, two portions of mixed veg (broccolli, cauliflower, carrots).
Optional: apple, dried apricots
I started off the year at 193 lbs and am 190lbs now. I know people have told me not to cut out all sweets/chocolate/snacks before but it is the only thing that works for me. However, I am finding that I am not meeting my 1200 cal minimum.
I definitely want to add more to my breakfast as 180 cals is too little. I tried adding in marmite toast but I still only added on 200 calories. What healthy snacks can I add in that will help me to make sure I am not below the minimum amount of calories?
Edit - Due to some advice, I will be adding chia seeds into my yoghurt. I will also add avocado and egg on toast to my breakfast (not tried that combo before).
