What % of NEAT is steps?

I understand the rest of the functions of TDEE. However, i’m interested if anyone has a conclusive answer on how much of neat is sourced from steps?

As an example, imagine a 6’ male who’s 180 pounds. They have a BMR of 1700 and a TEF of 300. Say they get 100 calories burned through exercise like weightlifting.

With that, their NEAT is purely made up of non exercise activities, and all steps contribute to NEAT. With that said, how much of NEAT is made up by those steps compared to fidgeting, any upper body movement, etc?
