30 Day Accountability Challenge - Day 23
Day 23!
Hello wonderful folks! I hope your day 23 was a bucket of wins.
Don’t spend $ outside of preset weekly budget: On it.
600 calorie meals, 20 minutes a meal (for Invisalign), no snacking & be at goal weight maintenance (1831 calories): On it today.
Weigh in daily: Don’t got it. 16/22 days. I’m really reconsidering this. I'm not finding success being focused on this number right now.
Lose 1-2% of body weight per month: I’ll check in on this at the end of the month.
Find a way to enjoy moving my body everyday: Nailed this today. 15/23 days.
Journal for two minutes every morning: Got it. 20/23 days.
Today's gratitude or laugh list: Today, I'm grateful for being able to afford food, shelter & a comfortable lifestyle. I need to find something to laugh at today.
Meditate (sensory grounding) for 5 minutes: Going to hit this up before bed.
Self-care activity for today: I’d like to have a bath, I didn’t end up taking one last night.
I'm struggling with my goals a bit this month. I'm feeling pretty worn out as far as seeing a number I don’t like on the scale. I know my focus is wrong in that way. I've had a lot of success focusing on moving my body in a way I actually enjoy, whether I feel I hit my food intake goals or not. That’s a win. I need to dedicate some thought to this.
