What is the ONE habit that helped you lose weight?

For me, weighing myself every single day is crucial. It keeps me accountable on a daily basis, and the more data points I gather throughout the week, the better I can adjust my strategy to reach my goal weight.

Another habit that has significantly helped me is tracking calories daily. It keeps me accountable and gives me awareness of how much food I'm consuming and what I'm eating.

Additionally, engaging in at least one type of physical activity, whether it's resistance training, walking, running, or playing drop-in soccer, has been beneficial.
