Losing the Fat with semaglutide. What are your thoughts on it, have you used it?

After countless years of struggling miserably with weight-loss I went from weighing 255lb to 171lb in less than 8 months with the help of semaglutide.
No, it's not a miracle drug but gawd dang, it's been nothing short of life-changing. If at any point in your life you've struggled with overeating, binging, and feeling like sh*t due to being overweight, you know how demoralizing and defeating things can get (low self esteem, social anxiety, no sex life, etc). For years I tried calorie counting, portion control, eating way healthier, etc etc. Nothing ever worked because I couldn't stick to it or I was to busy with work/life responsibilities.

That's basically all gone now. Semaglutide has helped reduce the food noise. I'm less hungry, I'm motivated, I can focus on self-development, going to the gym, and whenever stress pops up I don't feel the need to stuff my face in junk food. It kinda feels great to have a normal relationship with food tbh.

What worked for me:

  • Followed a fatloss plan based on something called linear periodization that allow me to scale the intensity of physical activity in tandem with a phasing cycle of semaglutide.
  • Used the appetite suppression advantage of being on semaglutide to "terraform" my gut bacteria - I was heavily addicted to sugar in all forms (sweets, sodas, etc). For this I followed a carnivore-ish type diet paired with exclusively home-made fermented foods.
  • Had a custom dosage schedule made by a licensed semaglutide dtc supplier working closely with their doctors. (I went with Weightcare, best one I could find).
  • Made some small but profound lifestyle changes. 1.Changed from a work-from-home routine to a social-setting (co-working office) 2. Joined an accountability group with weekly irl meetings. 3. Started cognitive behavioral therapy.

Now, should you get on semaglutide??

Fatloss is a multi faceted journey that requires lifestyle and behavioral changes, this needs to be kept in mind at all times. Underlying factors (metabolic, psychological, et al.) have to be addressed to keep the weight off with permanence. I see way too many posts from people using semaglutide as a silver bullet and not paying any attention to nutrition or exercise. That is a terrible decision.

I've personally witnessed the benefits of semaglutide but beware people, it should be seen as a complementary asset. Use responsibly and with proper planning.

Final thoughtsThere has been a surge of grey market and black market suppliers and pharmacies trying to monetize the hype. Please educate yourself and don't fall into peer pressure. If the price sounds too good to be true it probably is. If it comes from unlicensed pharmacies with "not safe for human consumption" warnings I would not touch it.

What are your thoughts on using semagutide for fatloss?

EDIT: A lot of you have DMed me over the weekend asking what my thoughts were on various pharmacies and suppliers. From my experience I can only safely recommend Weightcare.

EDIT#2: People are now dming me asking for promo-codess. I used FIRSTMONTH for $299 off. These things are quick to vanish tho.
