The first season of Arcane was much better

So after watching season 2, I decided to watch again the first season of Arcane, just to see the difference. And I have to say that I noticed that S1 and S2 feels like two entirely different show. Season 1 is just way better, in terms of quality, and lore consistency.

Now I'm not saying that the second season was bad, but it was certainly lacking what made the first season special. The dialogue, pacing, and overall story of the first season felt way better than the second season.

The show felt way more consistent with the lore. Yes there were a few changes made, but this didn't "ruin" any of the old lore, but expanded on it. Season 2 on the other hand ruined some characters for me (for ex Viktor. He went from machine herald to a mage god or whatever)

Also, the FEELING and atmosphere was different in the first season. It felt like you were taken into the world of Arcane. And the character felt "real". On the other hand, season 2 didn't give me the same feeling. The characters felt like a bad copy of themselves. Their interactions felt off. It's as if the second season was written by Marvel, while the first season was written by the original writers.

It's hard to explain. I really would suggest anyone here to watch season 1 again after watching Season 2 to notice the difference.
