How to dissolve LLC without paying back taxes?

In 2011 I created an LLC on Legal Zoom in Delaware. I’ve never used it for business purposes but have been charged taxes every year. I think it owes Delaware about $6000 in taxes. Legal Zoom keeps charging me $200 a year as my agent and told me I can’t cancel until I dissolve the LLC. But I can’t afford to pay the back taxes for dissolve it. What are my options??
