Multi-monitor setup, settings keep changing.

I come to you in a time of great need. Mostly because I'm too dumb to figure this out.
I've got a new display and something weird is going on.
1) Every time I turn off the middle screen and turn it back on, it is being aligned to the right side instead of back to the middle and it turns off the G-SYNC too.
2) Even bigger issue is that fullscreen games by default open on the left screen instead of the middle, even if the middle one is the primary display.
