My lethal company theory

Heres my theory:

From someones theory i found in youtube he suspects that people control the tentacle monster behind the gigantic building on a planet, but what if inside that gigantic building is a utopia that contain thousands or more happy lives. Think about it why are there tiny abandoned buildings like mansions and facilities? And why do they look unfinished?

And what if.. It wasnt a gigantic monster that destroyed the abandoned buildings, what if it was swarm of alien creatures in outer space or smth else like the creatures already living there swarmed the buildings like deaf dogs or gigantic spiders? Or the giants that kinda act like cavemen when they see food? And the ghost girl is the person who lost her life in those abandoned buildings Due to the monsters within it. The spring monster(forgor what its called) to me looks like a human sized doll that was possessed by a soul( the lasso man makes sense with this too including the nutcracker), due to this the "company" or utopia moved to a planet that was completely safe, away from monsters and possessed dolls, the only problem is.. Barely ANY materials, they were fully drained out of materials, so they hired some sacrific- i mean people to scavenge some planets that had those abandoned buildings(this explains why a lamp was more expensive than a giant cog or smth, so they can save more materials💀), the only thing that i cant explain (i think) is the butler, i dont really understand him tbh
