MOC 5083

Hi guys. I've seen this piece a few times but not too much. An example is the one here:

Does it come with all the perspex stands & satellite ships?

Best place to get one?

Finally I've never made a MOC build before. I've heard the bags are not numbered - correct? Anything else I'd need to know?
