workplace discrimination, harassment, and wage theft

i work for a restaurant. on friday the 13th i was an hour late, i have no physical proof but the week prior i gave my gm warning about me being late that day. she blew me up and cussed me out. i was supposed to be given a write up, that she told my manager was for me angering her as i told her our conversation wasnt appropriate. today i was asking others about write ups as 4 different people were getting written up that day for no call no shows. one of the coworkers sisters who also works there got angered that she was being written up and asked gm why. gm texted my manager, telling her to tell me to shut up already, that she will snap on me, and misgendering me. she also has been committing wage theft via editing our clock out times to make them hit the schedule, every week, when we stay past cleaning as we are understaffed. i have pictures and papers of the time edits as one of my managers discovered them last week, and also found papers of her forging our signatures for the time edits to send to the district manager. what can i do? would i be in trouble for not showing up anymore?
