I’ve tried but now I’d rather pay someone

I’ve tried, and am still trying to learn python, but I’m really struggling. I think my skills lay elsewhere. I have an idea for a program that I think could be made with python but I don’t have the knowledge. Where could I find someone to discuss the idea and pay for their services?
