What kind of programming do i need to learn to build this sort of website?

I want to try building a website similar to this one. It's just for the game FF14 Online (Not the one I want to build it for).

I would like users to be able to submit data similarly to update pricing and such on particular items.

Graphs, charts, market info, etc.

I want to learn how to build the tables, format them how I want, how I would hold the data for the website (I think this might be mysql? No idea).

Not as interested in all the account connections like discord and such. Cool features but way outside my skill range i think.
