what to learn?

I am 30 years old solftware engineer with salary as much as 15k in hand.(it is not sufficient though). I have two loans which has 10000 emi per month. I am able to manage eight months emi on my own. (borrow from mom). I want the salary of 30k to 40k per month that allow me to pay my emi. I have courses of everything then tell me what should i learn or do in eight months that will give me package of 5lpa minimum.
