Why is there Caitlyn in every single game?

Hey, i'm a random emerald here and i've been noticing that there is a Caitlyn in every single game i play on my team or enemy team, and where there isn't it's banned. Not an hate post really it's just becoming really boring seeing the same champion over and over and over.
What are the reason for this? Is it because of arcane (never watched it)? or what else? It's becoming nauseous to see Caityln. Ty
