League of tanks

Hi there

I haven't been playing since the earlier years, about 2 years. I'm not good, bronze at the moment after a break. I play mid lane mages.

Is it just me or is the game so dominated by tanks right now? I don't remember so many tanks so often? And they often decide the game.
