What champion would you say is the new scarner now? (forgotten champ)

I feel like since the beginning of league, there's always been a champ / a couple of them which are considered to be forgotten by the balance team and the community as a whole. Since scarner has been reworked and many champs have released, I was wondering who you thought filled this void of the most forgotten league of legends champion
