Help deciding my next language.

Hi guys! I’m trying to decide my next TL right now. I speak Spanish natively. I have learned English and German to fluency. My first option is Japanese. I’d like to learn Japanese because I’m really into Japanese culture and I would love to be able to consume Japanese media. This language wouldn’t have any use to me other than reading manga and watching anime. My second option is French. I work in healthcare and there’s is currently a big influx of Francophones in to my country. It could be useful for me and my prospect patients if I spoke French. I guess I could practice it frequently as well. I’ve been to Japan once, but do not know if I’ll ever go there again.

I’d like to know your opinion. I guess French should be easier for me to learn than Japanese. But will it be easier than German? I’m also kind of intimidated by the writing system in Japanese. I also think this might be the last language I learn.
