Woman employee at the Library

Does anyone know the name of the rude lady who sits at the checkout desk in the Library? I want to complain about her because she started to verbally abuse me for asking about where to put the charger I borrowed. I know there's multiple complaints about her but I'm finally thinking about taking an action
