Uncommon uses for kratom?

I know kratom is used primarily for pain, anxiety, and energy boost. But I'm curious to hear of more uncommon uses for kratom.

I have Interstitial Cystitis which is a bladder condition, it causes pain and spasms in the bladder, burning, lower back pain. Basically everything you get with an uti except all the time. Kratom helps with all of these symptoms.
