Oven baked pierogi?

Hello. Last year I visited Wrocław and I hade these wonderful pierogi. Now I'm visiting Katowice and Kraków and can't find this variant anywhere. Every restaurant I visit have the usual "dumpling" style but not this bread-oven-baked version.

Is it something local for Wrocław or is it some kind of "turist food" at some restaurants?
