Why do people change so much after marriage?

I’m a 28M, and most of my friends around my age are getting married now. Back in the day, we used to hang out a lot and genuinely have fun. Even those who were in live-in relationships would still make time for the group. But ever since they got married, it feels like they’ve become completely different people.

When we call them to meet up, they skip the plans or come up with excuses. They’re just not as social anymore. It’s all about their spouse now. What’s funny is, when she was their girlfriend, they both used to hang out with us all the time. She’d be there for the fun too. But now that they’re married, it feels like they’ve built this exclusive bubble that no one else is allowed to enter.

I’m not saying they shouldn’t prioritize their partners, but the sudden shift makes me feel really lonely. It’s like I’ve lost my friends overnight. Have any of you faced this after your friends got married, or is it just me?
