Can we talk about mistakes and regrets?

I haven't even started yet and I made a purchase I regret. I wish someone would have told me that the main/convection oven of a double oven range is on the floor. Please share your mistakes/regrets. I would really appreciate some straight talk before I sign on the dotted line.
