Anyone got the tea on 1469?

My friend plays in 1469 and was telling me that there is a whole alliance blacklisted because of some kind of predator. Apparently the alliance is protecting the predator because they feel bad for him even though they know he’s a creep

Just wondering if anyone out there knows more
