Kate Spade employees phasing to all black attire!

Hi everyone! I am a supervisor at a Kate Spade outlet and a couple days ago we received word that we are going to all black clothing to match Coach. We are allowed a "pop of color" like fun shoes or scarves/ jewelry. A lot of people working with the company are bummed about this, which makes sense because we are known for being fun and colorful! Just thought it would be interesting to hear client opinions on this!
