Shirt armpit stains .

So i recently got a job and have started wearing formal shirts to office.

The problem i am facing is that there are armpit stains on my shirts that are yellowish and very difficult to get rid off.

Can someone help me on how to deal with this considering the harsh karachi weather and the sweat that builds up during the day?
