What decade was this style of ring made/popular in?

Hi guys, I inherited this ring from my grandma who was born in 1923 Australia. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to find out any information about it. Looks to be stamped 18 CT but not sure about the tiny gems. She wore it all the time, never took it off so looks quite worn or faded? She had been married a few times in her life, I think in the 40s and 50s. Or I wondered if she might have inherited this from her mum who was born in the late 1800s. Was wondering if anyone had any rough idea when this might have been made or was popular in? I hope my iPhone photos are clear enough!
