Did I do something wrong?
I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich on the app, a giant. Asked for it modified with no CPR, mikes way, no onion, add pickles.
I show up and the manager was clearly frustrated by her 2 workers. They clearly hadn't learned about this sandwich. After practically receiving one half before the other half I sat down to eat. Right away I tasted the CPR. I thought we'll maybe I screwed up on the app.
I ate one half of my giant and then went to the manager and said "Do you still have my ticket? I would like to know if I screwed up on the app because there's pepper relish on my sandwich. I am just curious if I didn't order my sandwich properly." She just huffed and said "I'll refund you." I said that's not what I'm asking for! She just kept repeating, "it's fine, I'll refund you," over and over.
I finished the sandwich feeling very uncomfortable and left as soon as I was done. It was almost end of the day so maybe she was just fed up with the two guys she was working with? I truly didn't want compensation, I just want to know if I ordered the sandwich the way I wanted it, correctly.
Did I do something wrong by asking?
P.S. Don't flame me for not liking CPR. To me it doesn't taste good and the acid reflux is not worth it.
