Unless Jenn is charged, she can sell the rights to the story of Maddie’s horrific abuse and death.

Florida laws prevent convicted felons from profiting from their crimes - even preventing them from keeping money obtained as a result of selling their story or from books or television shows or movies.

But if Jenn isn’t charged and convicted in regard to the horrific abuse and eventual murder of her only daughter, she could sell her “story” to the highest bidder and literally profit from her daughter’s death.

I don’t think that should happen.
