Piercing in Nagano?

I am staying in Nozawa Onsen for a few months working at a ski resort and I’m really keen to get more piercings. However, I went to Nagano city to try get one though everywhere I went to/called said they don’t do piercings (one even tried to sell me hypodermic needles to do it myself). Because I don’t trust myself with that responsibility I would only get it done by someone else. Any advice?
