How to speed up 90day transfer

I am currently in the process of downgrading my account from an ironman, to a group ironmam to join my mates gim, I currently have 30 days left of the 90 day cool down. I'm pretty confident with my decision after 60 days to think about it.

Is there away to speed this up?
