Taking note on PDF

Hello guy, hope you’re doing well.

I got recently an ipad for taking note on pdf documents. I tried notability and good note both are good but, none of them let me write a side big note such as explanation for a point. I want an app allow me to write explanations outside the paper or something like that so it doesn’t bother me while reading. Please don’t suggest side by side apps
