Is my roommate ever going to get it together again, or is this relationship too far gone to salvage?

She was struggling earlier this year and I let a lot slide, but she has not paid rent since April. She is taking full advantage of this (Starbucks daily, takeout every night, road trips, fairs, concerts) so I know she could afford rent if she cut back on the "luxuries." I just want to know if she has ANY intention of doing that :/
