Anyone have success with their eating window being in the morning?
Okay so I used to do keto and IF back in 2019 and lost a mess of weight. Had two babies in a row, gained back(they're worth it, I can lose it again), and also had my gallbladder removed right after I had my daughter, in between children.
Anyone who's ever had to get their gallbladder out knows that sometimes comes with tummy sensitivities to put it lightly. When I wait to eat past like noon, it's a regretful situation.
I'm trying to get back in the swing of things. I literally couldn't eat anything good with my daughter bc everything except a few heavily carb filled foods set off my gallbladder, and that's why I regained. It's taken a few years for the gallbladder side effects to start to lessen, so I finally feel like I can truly jump back in.
I'm trying to see if a morning window works better for me, and I was just wanting to see if anyone else has even had success with that window. I'm not even sure I'll like it because I do prefer to workout fasted and eat later in the day.
I'll be honest I'm just trying to immerse myself again because that's the best way for ME personally to make things a habit.
