Going abroad. Before or After PG?

When is it better to go abroad for higher studies? Be ir PLAB or AMC (Not interested in USMLE) Whether is it post MBBS or should I finish Pg here then think about it.

Am currently passed out MBBS confused where to enroll for. And should I keep all my eggs in one basket?
